This holiday season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in our studio’s history! We’re experiencing a much earlier and much larger wave of orders than ever before, and because every piece is crafted one at a time by our four-person team in our Cameron Park hot shop, we want to be fully transparent: we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. Our current turnaround time is 2–6 weeks.
We’re working around the clock, seven days a week, to create several thousands of pieces before the big day, and many of those orders will arrive before the holidays. We just simply cannot guarantee arrival at this time.
If your gift doesn’t need to arrive by Christmas, leaving us a note on your cart page is incredibly helpful and allows us to prioritize holiday-timed orders.
And if you need a meaningful gift right away, we have two wonderful alternatives:

We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who want their package to travel a bit faster. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the delivery time only—it does not shorten production time or move your order ahead in the queue.
For clarity, most customers placing orders in December should expect their piece to arrive in January, and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives sooner.
Additionally, our studio will be closed December 23–26 and December 30–January 5 in observance of the holidays and to give our small team the physical rest their bodies need after such a rigorous season.
