This holiday season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in our studio’s history! We’re experiencing a much earlier and much larger wave of orders than ever before, and because every piece is crafted one at a time by our four-person team in our Cameron Park hot shop, we want to be fully transparent: we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.
Our current turnaround time is 2–4 weeks.
That said, this is an incredibly special moment for our small business—and if you’d like to be part of it, we would be truly honored to create something for you. We’re working around the clock to create several thousand more pieces before the holidays, and placing your order as soon as possible will likely get your piece to you by Christmas. Even if you place your order after November 22nd, there is still a very good chance that hundreds—if not thousands—of those orders will arrive before the holidays.
We just simply cannot guarantee arrival at this time.
If your gift doesn’t need to arrive by Christmas, leaving us a note on your cart page is incredibly helpful and allows us to prioritize holiday-timed orders.
And if you need a meaningful gift right away, we have two wonderful alternatives:

Gift Receipt Reveal – A growing favorite! Many customers love gifting the order confirmation itself as a “sneak peek.” It builds anticipation and excitement while their handmade piece is being created—like giving a promise of something truly special on the way.
We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who want their package to travel a bit faster. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the delivery time only—it does not shorten production time or move your order ahead in the queue.
