General

Can I request a custom color, stem, style or size?

We offer a wide variety of colors, stems, styles and sizes, and at this time our small team doesn't have the capacity to expand into custom or altered orders. The options shown in our catalog reflect the full range of combinations and varieties available. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll find a piece you love!

Will my piece look exactly like the one in the photo?

We take great care to match the photographed design, but because they’re handmade, no two are identical. Expect slight variations in shape, size, and color—these make your piece truly one of a kind.

Why is your glass different from mass-produced glass?

We melt raw materials rather than remelting pre-made cullet, creating cleaner, clearer glass with fewer imperfections. Every piece is hand-shaped, sculpted, cut, and formed—free of press or mold lines—and carries its own unique character.

How strong is handblown glass?

While glass is inherently fragile, our pieces are kiln-annealed to relieve stress, making them much stronger than untreated glass. With proper care, they can last for generations.

Do you use recycled glass?

All of our scrap glass is remelted or repurposed into new work—down to the smallest trimmings.

*We do not melt used consumer glass, as it may not match our co-efficiency and could compromise quality.

Drinkware

Will my glass change color over time?

No. Our colors are melted into the glass at over 2,000°F and will never fade, chip or wash off. The color is the glass.

Is your glass dishwasher safe?

Yes, but load with care and ensure there’s enough space around each piece to prevent chipping.

Is your glass microwave safe?

No, we do not recommend microwaving glass.

Can I nest my drinkware?

We do not recommend nesting. Stack bottom-to-bottom only, as nesting can cause pieces to get stuck and be dangerous to separate.

Pumpkins

Do all pumpkins come with lights?

Yes! Every pumpkin has an opening at the bottom to place either twinkle lights or a battery-operated tealight inside—Mini pumpkins come with rope lights and Midi and up size pumpkins come with tealights.

Can I place my pumpkin over a real candle?

No. Real candles can damage the glass and pose a fire hazard as the glass can get really hot. Real candles also require oxygen to stay lit and when a pumpkin is placed over the candle, the flame more often than not, goes out. Use the included battery-operated lights for a safe, beautiful glow.

Ornaments

Do the ornaments come with a hook?

Yes! Every ornament includes a sturdy stainless steel hook—crafted for both durability and a polished appearance.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

All ornaments arrive in our custom 2BGlass gift boxes—durable for storage yet beautiful enough to give as-is. Each package is recyclable, eco-conscious, and carefully designed to ensure your ornament arrives safely, ready to be enjoyed or gifted.  

Can you make the ornaments in different sizes? 

At this time, we’re not able to take custom size requests. The sizes listed on our website reflect what we’re currently able to create in our studio.

Orders

How long until my order ships?

Every piece from 2BGlass is made to order, one at a time, in our California hot shop. Because of this, production time is typically 5–10 business days, followed by standard shipping.

During our busiest season (September–December), production timelines may extend to 2–4 weeks plus shipping. Timing depends not only on when your order is placed, but also on the variety and complexity of the pieces in your order. While we always strive to fulfill on a first-come, first-served basis, production schedules sometimes require flexibility to ensure the highest quality standards.

Rest assured, we’re working as quickly and carefully as possible to get your order to you. Every piece is inspected, packaged with care, and shipped safely so it arrives ready to enjoy or gift.

Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?

We understand that circumstances may change; however, as all of our pieces are made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has entered production—typically within 24 hours of purchase.

At that stage, materials and resources have been allocated, and work has already begun toward the creation of your piece. As a result, orders are considered final once in production.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?

Yes! We’re located at 4191 Business Drive, Suite D–F, Cameron Park, California. At checkout, simply select In-Store Pickup as your shipping method. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Can I request a custom order?

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity at this time to take on custom orders.

Shipping & Returns

Do you accept returns?

At 2BGlass, each piece is handcrafted to order—meaning every pumpkin, ornament, or glass is one of a kind and made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in both making and shipping our work. Every item passes multiple quality checks before leaving the studio, and we’ve extensively tested our packaging methods—including crash tests—to ensure safe arrival. Still, glass is fragile, and accidents can happen.

If your order arrives damaged or flawed, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at inquire@2bglass.com including photos or video of the issue. This allows us to improve our process and ensure we can make it right for you. Reports made after the 5-day window cannot be honored as the damage could have occurred post-delivery. 

What happens if my order arrives broken?

We are expert glass shippers and pack each piece with great care, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos or videos so we can improve our packaging and remedy the situation. Breaks not reported within 5 days of delivery cannot be honored.

How is my order packaged?

All pieces are shipped in eco-conscious, plastic-free packaging designed to protect your glass while minimizing waste. We’ve crash-tested our methods to ensure every product is secure in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity at this time to ship internationally. Please follow us on social media for updates.
