The Showroom

Spanning over 5,000 square feet, 2BGlass is home to a 1,500-square-foot gallery and retail store alongside a 2,500-square-foot hot shop—open to the public every weekend (and six days a week in November and December). Step inside and watch the team work with a 1,000-pound furnace blazing at 2,400 degrees as molten glass is transformed into elegant, functional, modern décor.

After the demo, wander through the showroom, brimming with seasonal inspiration, wall art, and one-of-a-kind pieces ready to take home. Photos don’t do it justice—there’s nothing like experiencing this ancient craft in person, feeling the weight of glass in your hands, and realizing it all starts with sand, soda, and lime.

The shop closes at 5pm, and glassblowing usually ends around 2pm, so my advice? Get here early!

FAQs

Can I request a custom color, stem, style or size?

We offer a wide variety of colors, stems, styles and sizes, and at this time our small team doesn't have the capacity to expand into custom or altered orders. The options shown in our catalog reflect the full range of combinations and varieties available. We appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll find a piece you love!

Will my piece look exactly like the one in the photo?

We take great care to match the photographed design, but because they’re handmade, no two are identical. Expect slight variations in shape, size, and color—these make your piece truly one of a kind.

Why is your glass different from mass-produced glass?

We melt raw materials rather than remelting pre-made cullet, creating cleaner, clearer glass with fewer imperfections. Every piece is hand-shaped, sculpted, cut, and formed—free of press or mold lines—and carries its own unique character.

How strong is handblown glass?

While glass is inherently fragile, our pieces are kiln-annealed to relieve stress, making them much stronger than untreated glass. With proper care, they can last for generations.

Do you use recycled glass?

All of our scrap glass is remelted or repurposed into new work—down to the smallest trimmings.

*We do not melt used consumer glass, as it may not match our co-efficiency and could compromise quality.
