Groovy Blooms is a mini handblown glass pumpkin that radiates peace, playfulness, and petal power. Inspired by the flower children of the 1960s—where pastel prints, sunlit gatherings, and a “make love, not war” spirit bloomed—this joyful piece brings that era’s warmth and color into a modern heirloom.

Its organic pumpkin shape and sculpted stumpy stem are formed using ancient hand tools and traditional Venetian techniques. Melted into the glass at over 2,000 degrees, it's combination of opaque and transparent colors creates natural dimension, while hues of apricot, peach, bubblegum pink, tangerine and lavender blend together capturing the free-spirited energy of peace rallies and backyard garden parties alike. These tones are embedded into the pumpkin’s rounded curves, making the shape feel like a blooming flower in motion—playful, joyful, and unmistakably groovy.

Handcrafted one at a time in our zero-waste studio in Cameron Park, CA. Designed with an open bottom—perfect for adding twinkle lights to enhance its glow and let Groovy Blooms shine with retro radiance and floral joy.
