FAQ:

How long before my order is ready to ship?

If we have your item in stock, items usually ship within 2-3 days of ordering. If we are out of stock, or we have to make your order, items will usually be ready to ship within 4-5 days. 

 

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?

Yes! We are located in Cameron Park, California and any orders can be picked up at our shop. When ordering, just select 'In-store Pickup' as your shipping method and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Will all items look exactly the same as pictured on the webpage?

We take great care to get all items as close to the pictured image as possible. However, as these are each handmade in our shop, there may be some slight variations in the final product.

 

Do all pumpkins come with lights?

Yes! All of our pumpkins come with twinkle lights and have an opening at the bottom so that the lights can be placed inside the pumpkin.

 

How much liquid do your bottles hold?

Our Hammered and Hobnail bottles hold roughly 10 oz. and our diamond cut bottles hold roughly 20 oz.

 

Do you do custom colors?

If there is a color or combination of colors that you are interested in that isn't on our website, please reach out to us to discuss it further. 

 

Is you kitchenware dishwasher safe?

We do not recommend washing any of our pieces in the dishwasher. Instead, we recommend using hot water and dish soap to clean your glassware. 

 

Are you glasses microwave safe?

No

 

What happens if my order arrives broken?

We pack all our orders with great care but we understand that accidents happen. If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us so that we can do what we can to make it right.

 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products and their handmade craftsmanship, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to the quality of our work. If you receive a defective item or one damaged during shipping, please contact us, and we will make it right.
